
- The igniter electrodes must be adjusted for a maximum gap of 1/8" between the prong ends.
- Too wide a gap between the igniter electrodes can cause “noise” during ignition. Too much “noise” interference can cause the computer to “reboot”. When the computer "reboots" the dryer shuts down but no error message gets posted to the computer screen.
- Igniters should be positioned so that they do not touch any metal around them.
